5/6G MOVIE MAKING




















Grade 5 & 6 are working on their "Environment" i-movies this term. Each child has chosen a different topic to show the world it's affects. Here is 5/6G "nutting out" what they are going to do and researching their topics.

End of term 2.

Well done to all the Preps, Grade 2's and Grade 3's on a fantastic term 2. I look forward to having the Grade 1's, 4's, 5's and 6's next term. Have a great holiday everyone.

What's happening in Term 3 in Enviro Health at Lynbrook PS?

TERM 3 FOCUS 2010- Life cycles, Ecosystems, Human impact on the environment, Sustainability.

Grade 1- Life cycles: web of life, life cycle of the chicken, butterfly, frog, flowering plant. Problems for animals. Extinction. Changing environments. Sustainability.

Grade 4- Ecosystems and human impact: Easter Island. Hope for the Rhino-the Black Rhino. Threats to Nature. Life cycle of an animal.

Grade 5 & 6- Human impact on the Environment & sustainability: This is the life...or is it? Smart resources. What happens in 50 years? A tree named Luna. If I could change the world- student driven video making.
